Founded in 1930 as the Garden Center of Cleveland, Cleveland Botanical Garden today is a not-for-profit organization that welcomes close to 150,000 guests each year and provides plant-science lessons to 12,500 schoolchildren annually.
Given our extensive knowledge and collection of survey records related to the University Circle Area, the Botanical Garden Team engaged Garret & Associates to perform various surveys as part of their rebirth in the last decade, including:
- Historical Record Research
- Existing Conditions Surveys
- Utility Surveys
- Record Measurements and Record Drawings
- Boundary Surveys
- Topographic Surveys
- ALTA Surveys
